Como realizar o controle de frequência de forma eficiente?

As ferramentas de registro de jornada já existem há algumas décadas, mas vêm se aprimorando bastante, principalmente com os avanços tecnológicos. No Brasil, o controle de frequência passou a ser exigido após a criação da Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho (CLT), que regulamentou a jornada dos trabalhadores.

Controle de ponto

Esse modo de registro pode ser manual ou mecânico. O modelo manual é realizado por meio de um caderno em que os funcionários registram seus horários de entrada, intervalo para almoço e saída. Pela alta possibilidade de ser fraudado, não é considerado muito seguro.

Já o mecânico traz um pouco mais de segurança, pois o funcionário insere seu cartão de ponto em uma máquina que carimba os horários. Também conhecido como cartográfico, é o primeiro modelo de relógio de ponto. Apesar de menores chances de fraudes, ele não é muito prático, pois exige que todas as informações registradas sejam passadas, uma a uma, para outro lugar.

Relógio de ponto eletrônico

O relógio de ponto eletrônico, conhecido como REP, surgiu como uma evolução dos modelos manual e mecânico. Com o REP, o trabalhador registra a jornada utilizando cartão, senha ou biometria. Por isso, ele funciona integrado a um sistema complementar, conhecido como Sistema de Registro de Ponto (SREP). É o SERP que coleta todas as informações registradas.

Ponto online

Essa modalidade funciona a partir do login do colaborador em um sistema online, em que o usuário acessa sua conta e faz seu registro. Ele pode registrar a frequência por meio de qualquer dispositivo que tenha acesso à internet.

Uma grande vantagem desse modelo é a possibilidade do gestor controlar, em tempo real, as informações, como faltas, horas extras, horas faltantes, entre outras. Nesse sistema, o RH precisa verificar cada registro por meio de um computador, tablet ou smartphone.

e-Ponto

O e-Ponto é a solução mais moderna no que se refere a controle de frequência de funcionários. Ele possibilita a marcação da jornada e a gestão de tarefas dos funcionários por meio de um aplicativo instalado em tablets e smartphones.

Ele funciona tanto como uma solução para registro de ponto eletrônico quanto de gestão de equipe. Esse modelo funciona integrado ao software de marcação de ponto da empresa, e oferece mais controle sobre a jornada de trabalho dos colaboradores. Por isso, é bastante vantajoso.
